Chobe Fishing Safari 3 Hours Overview
In Kasane, the Chobe River forms the border between Botswana and Namibia and provides for some of the best tiger fishing opportunities in Africa.. The Chobe River is one of the only rivers in the World that flows in both directions. During the dry season the river flows East. But during the rainy season the flow of the Zambezi River pushes upstream to make the Chobe River flow West.
Please note that you are not allowed to fish the Chobe River between the month of January and March. This is the tiger fish spawning season and every effort is being made to preserve the ecosystem.
